Leaders: How does the Human Cloud impact your business?
Hint...it's your secret weapon to drive the next gen innovation
Heads up!
The next round of Cloud Builder app’s are open. We take on 5 leaders each quarter to help you scale through hiring freelancers.
I know…finally news not focused on the PRO ACT. Instead…let’s focus on the impact remote freelancers have on today’s leading companies.
If you’re a leader - you’ve felt the pressure of startups doing in months what will take you years.
But what if I told you the Human Cloud will make it easier for startups to outcompete you?
Fortunately that’s not the only impact of the Human Cloud.
Instead, the Human Cloud CAN be your secret to reinvention, better serving your customers, and empowering your employees.
How?
1: Augmenting your existing employees to create more .
Your employees are no longer limited to their own skill sets. They can easily tap into experts to augment their own skill set (each one your employees can become mini CEO’s). This was how I built the Microsoft 365 freelance toolkit. I had no headcount, instead a budget between $10-25k to hire freelancers. Writers, designers, researchers and even developers throughout ideation, bring it to market, and increasing the scale of how many customers we could service.
2: Enabling access to skills you never would be able to before.
Do you really think top talent is restricted to within 15 miles of campus? For a large motorcycle manufacturer, this meant hiring over 25 freelancers to build their digital rider experience. What can you build once you realize there’s an abundance of talent as remote freelancers?
Enjoy this quick video on how this is possible!
Thanks for subscribing to The Human Cloud Newsletter! We’re here for you every step of your Human Cloud journey.
We recommend starting with the book, then hammering us with questions (you can respond to this email). Like yourself, we’re both pretty busy so expect at least 72 hours of response time. Unless you send a Golden Retriever meme, then we promise 24 hours.
